Outdoor group sessions
Beth Massey Personal Training specialises in running outdoor group training sessions for clients of all ability levels. Outdoor group sessions are a fun way to train with like minded people who can support and challenge you to progress towards your fitness aims. Every session is different but always builds on previous sessions in order to ensure continued improvements in speed, power, strength, mobility and flexibility.
